Job Summary: This mason assistant position involves general on-site support, material handling, and related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to masons and supervisors 2. Handling and preparation of construction materials 3. Responsibility for organizing and cleaning the work area · Assist masons whenever requested; · Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, using hands or manual wheelbarrows and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials; · Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar; · Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and arranging them according to instructions. · Assist skilled workers or supervisors, either jointly or independently, to successfully complete their tasks; · Maintain cleanliness and order at work sites; · Clean and organize the work area; · Perform other duties related to the position.
