Initiative and dynamism in task execution Main Responsibilities: Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. · Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning\-them and arranging\-them according to instructions. Skills: good physical fitness for work, manual dexterity and attention to detail, basic knowledge of workplace safety, ability to follow instructions and work in a team, initiative and dynamism.
