Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Electromechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molding and blow molding machines, carrying out adjustments and troubleshooting to minimize production downtime. Brief Job Description: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molding and blow molding machines. Carry out mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic adjustments on equipment. Identify and resolve faults in electrical panels, sensors, heating elements, motors, PLCs, and automation systems. Assemble, disassemble, and replace mechanical and electrical components. Monitor machine operation to reduce unplanned stoppages and production losses. Perform maintenance on peripherals such as feeders, conveyors, chillers, compressors, and molds. Interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings. Conduct functional tests after maintenance and release equipment for production. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industrial best practice standards. Complete maintenance reports and service records. Required Knowledge: Injection molding / blow molding machines and peripherals (robots, thermo-chillers, feeders, etc.) Electrical control systems and industrial automation.
