Construction Supervisor (Night Shift)

Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising, controlling, and guiding on-site work teams to ensure adherence to the project schedule and proper task execution. Key Highlights: 1. Management of materials, equipment, and customer communication ***Responsibilities:*** * Supervision and control of work teams; * Interpretation of technical drawings; * Monitoring compliance with the construction schedule; * Issuance of “work permits”; * Assignment of tasks to employees, including guidance on required work and work location; * Analysis and response to customer requests; * Familiarity with equipment regarding operation, load capacity, speed limits, and types of services performed; * Planning material and equipment requirements based on project progress; * Oversight of transportation of equipment and accessories under their responsibility to work sites; * Identification of interferences; * Reporting project progress and routine conditions to the contracting party’s representative; * Conducting Integrated Daily Meetings (IDM) at construction sites; * Ensuring maintenance, organization, cleanliness, and proper return of parts and equipment in the vehicle; * Operating light and/or heavy vehicles. ***Requirements:*** * Technical qualification in Building Construction, Mechanics, or Welding is preferred; * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Construction Supervisor.
