At Arcor, everything we do is driven by a simple yet powerful purpose: delivering flavor, quality, and care in every detail. To achieve this, we need people who enjoy being where it all happens — on the factory floor.
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to work directly in the manufacturing environment, leading teams, ensuring process excellence, and helping build, every day, a safe, efficient, and proud production operation.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise factory production and monitor industrial, quality, and safety indicators defined by the company, aiming to meet the production schedule and the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy.
* Monitor and control production performance through analysis of industrial indicators, proposing necessary plans and actions to ensure achievement of established goals and objectives.
* Produce high-quality products on time, helping improve production line performance to satisfy customers and reduce costs.
* Contribute to maintaining our ISO 9000 quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through employee engagement and commitment, ensuring the company's management system.
* Develop procedures and establish guidelines for maintaining factory appearance regarding cleaning, painting, preservation, etc., conducting audits/inspections to keep the facility in conditions that ensure personnel safety and quality, and enable optimal employee and equipment performance.
* Contribute to maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) through employee engagement and commitment to ensure compliance with standards.
* Guide allocation of available workforce to maintain production flow and maximize productivity of factory human resources, assigning employees to workstations according to operational needs.
* Collaborate interactively with Process Engineering, Quality, and R&D to assess improvement needs for raw materials and packaging materials, aiming to enhance product quality and competitiveness, and increase the company's market share, through meetings, study groups, supplier visits, benchmarking, etc.
* Monitor audit execution, identifying required changes/modifications based on available resources and timelines outlined in action plans, to obtain and maintain certifications targeted by the company.
* Lead line committees, performing critical analysis of the latest autonomous maintenance activity and planning the next activity, with focus on continuous improvement of line performance indicators — fundamentally zero personal accidents, environmental incidents, breakdowns, and defects.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Intermediate-level English proficiency.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
* Solid experience in industrial environments, especially on the shop floor and team management, preferably within the food industry.
