If you believe in the potential of agribusiness and seek to join a company offering a stimulating work environment full of opportunities and technology, grow with us!! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for developing metal structure projects applied to grain storage and handling systems, meeting engineering requirements with emphasis on quality, safety, and technical feasibility. Involved in the conception, sizing, and detailing of structures such as silos, walkways, platforms, towers, and industrial access systems, performing structural analyses, defining technical solutions, and evaluating costs. Develops 3D models and technical drawings, and performs structural calculations according to applicable standards (ABNT, AISC, and safety regulations). Participates in research and development (R&D) activities to pursue improvements and innovations in products and processes. Conducts tests and validations of new projects, prepares technical documentation and manuals, and provides support to production, assembly, and technical assistance departments. Also conducts fieldwork, performing technical visits to monitor manufacturing, assembly, and equipment performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and current regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Experience in R&D and detailing of metal structure projects; * Experience in developing (metal structures, silos, walkways, platforms, towers, and personnel access systems); * Demonstrated knowledge of grain storage and handling facilities; * Familiarity with ABNT and AISC standards; * Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., NR-12, NR-35, NPT-27); * Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks); * Knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ANSYS, NASTRAN or similar); * Field experience; * Active CREA registration; Behavioral Competencies: * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
