Job Summary: A professional responsible for safety signage, excavation and backfilling of trenches, soil compaction, material transportation, team support, and equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in pavement construction projects involving traffic signage and soil compaction 2. Handling of tools and operation of pneumatic and electric equipment 3. Essential support to teams in the preparation and execution of road construction projects **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Set up safety signage at the worksite; * Excavate and backfill trenches as needed for asphalt finishing; * Perform soil compaction and surface finishing on roads; * Transport and move materials and work equipment, assisting in truck assembly and disassembly to carry out daily activities; * Support work teams in traffic signage and pedestrian guidance; * Clean the roadway; * Handle work tools and operate pneumatic and electric equipment such as: soil compactors, breakers, non-destructive drilling equipment (Molly and Cliper saw), vibratory plates, shovels, levers, etc.; * Assist with trench drainage when necessary, including operating drainage pumps; * Support preparation of materials used on-site, such as BGS, asphalt paving mix, asphalt emulsion, etc.; * Clean vehicles and work equipment after project completion. **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
