If you are dynamic, determined, and wish to contribute to our company's growth, join RTT! **We have an opportunity for a Contract Analyst** Support contract management processes. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct critical analysis, drafting, review, and management of contracts (commercial, administrative, and service provision); * Support strategic contract negotiations by assessing legal, financial, and operational risks, proposing mitigating measures and alternatives for decision-making; * Monitor the entire contract lifecycle, including validity periods, amendments, adjustments, renewals, guarantees, terminations, and closures; * Act as a strategic interface between internal departments (legal, procurement, finance, tax, operations) and external parties (clients and suppliers), ensuring contractual alignment with business needs; * Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, including automation and digitalization of contract management processes, as well as utilization of ERP/document management systems; * Ensure digital/electronic updating and archiving of contracts; * Provide technical support to business units regarding contractual clauses, internal policies, and related risks; * Support monitoring and development of KPIs for contract management with suppliers and clients; * Support creation of procedures, implementation, and ensure their application in operations; * Control and monitor CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) updates and issuance of ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) linked to service contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and technical requirements Requirements: Academic background: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; English proficiency preferred; Experience in client and supplier negotiation, familiarity with contractual performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), proficiency in ERP systems (Protheus), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), and Power BI; ### **OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR:** Atibaia \- SP ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Competitive benefits and market-aligned salary **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PWD.** **Join RTT — be part of the fastest-growing team in Brazil!** **Apply now!**
