Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant/cook to prepare meals at a nursing home, ensuring kitchen organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare daily meals for elderly residents 2. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization 3. Manage food inventory and create shopping lists **Position: Kitchen Assistant / Cook for Nursing Home** We are looking for a professional with kitchen experience to join our team. This is a **6x1 shift schedule**, involving meal preparation for approximately **20 people daily**. **Responsibilities** * Prepare daily meals: **breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner**, including juices, smoothies, and teas. * Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization. * Label opened food items with opening dates and monitor product expiration dates. * Manage refrigerator and food inventory, creating shopping lists as needed. **Requirements** * Proven kitchen experience. * Organization, agility, and responsibility. * Commitment to hygiene and proper food handling practices. **Working Hours** * **7:00 AM to 3:30 PM** or **8:00 AM to 4:30 PM** (depending on schedule). **We Offer** * **Base salary** according to the category. * **13th-month salary**. * **Monthly food basket**. * **Transportation allowance**.
