




**Job Description:** ---------------------- The Business Development Manager position will be responsible for developing and expanding business in the ISP markets (GPON, routers, switches) and/or IT (computers, servers, and data centers), with a focus on opening and consolidating distribution channels, building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and providing strategic support to the sales team, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and strengthening the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business in the ISP and/or Computing/IT markets; Open, structure, and expand distribution channels; Engage in initial and ongoing relationships with distributors, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), system integrators, and strategic partners; Manage and develop key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships; Support the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies for products and solutions; Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure strategic alignment; Support the Sales team with market intelligence, channel strategies, and opportunity development; Identify market opportunities, trends, and technology sector movements; Act as the interface among manufacturer, distributor, and channel; Contribute to achieving revenue, market expansion, and profitability targets; Conduct visits to partners and customers. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Experience in the ISP or Computing market; Solid understanding of the ecosystem of distributors, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), channels, and partners.
