Description: Manage the Occupational Health Surveillance Program (PCMSO), conduct clinical assessments, issue medical reports, and advise the company on occupational safety and medicine regulations to reduce risks and work absences. * **Occupational Examinations:** Conduct consultations for issuing the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) at admission, job function change, return to work, periodic evaluation, and termination stages. * **PCMSO Management:** Develop, implement, and annually review the PCMSO in accordance with the Ministry of Labor's Regulatory Standards. * **Prevention and Control:** Identify workplace risk factors and act to prevent occupational accidents and diseases. * **Technical Assessments:** Participate in preparing Technical Reports on Working Environmental Conditions (LTCAT) and ergonomic analyses. * **Absence Management:** Evaluate fitness for work, monitor employees on leave, and advise on referrals to Social Security. * **Medical Assistance:** Provide first aid in cases of urgency and emergency within company premises Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation for PJ and CLT hiring?
