Job Summary: The Waiter is responsible for setting up the dining area, seating and serving customers, taking and delivering orders, preparing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services *Our Waiter will impeccably set up the dining area, seat guests and introduce themselves to begin service, take orders and relay them to the bar and/or kitchen, serve customers, remain attentive to their needs and proactively anticipate them, prepare tables with appropriate cutlery and utensils for respective orders, manage restocking and ensure absolute table cleanliness, verify, deliver, and process payment upon customer request. Clean and fully reset the table so that other guests may occupy it.
