Responsibilities: \*Provide customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and social media \*Present clinic treatments and services \*Convert inquiries into appointments \*Conduct active prospecting and patient reactivation \*Track leads and sales opportunities \*Update the system and organize service information Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in sales, prospecting, or customer service Knowledge of healthcare or experience in clinics is a plus, agility and commercial mindset Proficiency with WhatsApp and social media Focus on goals and results Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 Benefits: Fixed salary \+ Meal voucher \+ Transportation voucher \+ Commission Notes: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00; Saturday, 09:00 to 13:00 (overtime applicable) Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
