The employee will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, providing friendly, attentive, and relationship-oriented service at the counter and tables, as well as assisting with store organization and daily operations. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Customer service at the counter and tables Taking orders via tablet, computer, and POS terminal Operating the store’s system and delivery platform Preparing and finishing churros Frying and assembling orders Preparing coffees, milkshakes, and house beverages Following technical specifications and the company’s quality standards Maintaining store organization and cleanliness throughout operations Restocking products, packaging, and supplies Assisting with inventory counting and internal organization Complying with health surveillance regulations and good handling practices Supporting daily operational tasks Maintaining good conduct, professional demeanor, and teamwork **Candidate Profile:** Strong communication skills and friendliness A smile and willingness to serve Ease of use with technology and simple systems Agility and organizational skills Commitment and responsibility Ability to work effectively in a team Capacity to keep the store organized and clean Interest in learning and growing within store operations **Training:** Even without prior experience, the candidate will receive training and ongoing support to learn: Customer service Store management system Order processing Technical specifications Production of churros, coffees, and milkshakes Operational organization and internal company standards Compensation: R$1\.821,00 \- R$2\.021,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
