Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter assistant to provide agile and organized service, support in restocking and maintaining the service area, and deliver courteous and efficient service to increase table turnover. Excellent service with a focus on courtesy and efficiency Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Job Description:** * Assist waiters in serving customers, ensuring agility and organization; * Arrange and clean tables to maintain a pleasant environment ready for new customers; * Ensure customers have everything they need, such as cutlery, napkins, sauces, and seasonings; * Support restocking of utensils and general service tasks; * Organize, clean, and stock the entire cumim area; * Deliver excellent service through courtesy, professional demeanor, good humor, attention to orders, and empathy with a genuine desire to serve. Maintain consistent agility to increase table turnover.
