Description: What qualifications do you need? * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Transportation Management, Logistics, Logistics & Supply Chain Engineering, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree/MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Engineering, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience in logistics operations management. Specific/Technical Knowledge \- Hard Skills: * Driver's license Category B. * Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate Excel, * Intermediate DRE (Income Statement), * PowerPoint * Analytics tools (BI) * Logistics Management KPIs Day-to-day responsibilities: * Manage, plan, schedule, and administer all loading and transportation activities for raw materials (sugarcane), controlling operations according to guidelines defined by regional management and the executive board. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials within established deadlines and targets, aiming to achieve required profitability, financial health, and sustainability of the unit, thereby contributing to the company's overall business results. * Manage administrative and operational activities specific to the business (loading and transportation of sugarcane). * Manage company assets (resources, facilities, and vehicles). * Ensure operational and financial results of the operation, meeting targets and managing expenses. * Cascade targets and expected results to the unit, aligning with strategic planning. * Manage, update, and train teams according to corporate standards across functional areas. * Ensure team motivation and training, promoting dialogue and collaborative actions with leadership and HR. * Continuously assess unit needs, proposing alternatives and improvements. * Monitor technological innovations in the logistics operations and transportation sector. * Develop and ensure organizational standards for the company. * Ensure proper administration of revenues, costs, and budgetary targets. * Ensure updates to management tools, operational and administrative KPIs. * Ensure compliance with legislation and working conditions for teams. * Manage the unit's people lifecycle, providing feedback and ensuring engagement. * Manage and resolve labor liabilities, aiming to mitigate risks. * Maintain a positive corporate image in the market and community, upholding ethical and socio-environmental principles. * Preserve relationships with customers and their interfaces. * Ensure compliance with company and customer policies and procedures. * Participate in daily and weekly meetings to analyze KPIs and define action plans. 2510240202201829277
