**About the position:**
Ensure operational excellence and continuous evolution of the Supply Chain function by coordinating the Center of Excellence (CoE) team, consistently applying standards and practices, and integrating governance, execution, and business areas—ensuring efficiency, predictability, and sustainable value generation.
**Responsibilities and duties** **Key responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the Supply Chain team within the scope of the Center of Excellence, ensuring consistent application of defined standards, methods, and practices; integration across departments and company areas; and disciplined execution of priorities. Develop people, organize work, and sustain traceable and predictable value generation, ensuring operational efficiency, delivery quality, and continuous evolution of the function;
* Direct management of the team, ensuring role clarity, appropriate task allocation, performance monitoring, and technical and behavioral development;
* Plan, prioritize, and distribute tasks, ensuring alignment with CoE and Supply Chain priorities while balancing capacity, deadlines, and impact;
* Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of team deliverables with defined standards and methods, acting as a control point before escalation to executive forums;
* Represent the CoE team in cross-functional forums, facilitating alignment, tracking progress, and removing impediments to enable decisions and deliveries;
* Provide technical input on relevant topics—especially those requiring integration across people, timelines, and deliverables—without assuming the primary methodological reference role.
**Experience**
* Proven experience in Supply Chain;
* Experience coordinating teams, managing priorities, and tracking deliverables;
* Experience in governance environments, process standardization, continuous improvement, or Centers of Excellence (CoE).
**Requirements and qualifications** **Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields;
**Technical knowledge:**
* Knowledge of KPI management, performance tracking, and quality control of deliverables;
* Ability to operate cross-functionally, promoting integration across departments and aligning strategy with execution.
