This role involves analyzing customer behavior, segmenting customer databases, building dashboards, and supporting marketing, sales, and relationship management teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze CRM-sourced data to identify customer behavioral patterns. * Develop managerial reports and dashboards for performance indicator tracking. * Create and manage customer segmentation for marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. * Support data-driven CRM strategies and customer journey initiatives. * Integrate data across CRM, BI, and other corporate platforms.
