Responsibilities: * Deliver documents and correspondence; * Digitize documents and send them to responsible parties; * Provide telephone and in-person customer service, directing inquiries to relevant departments; * Record and relay messages to responsible personnel; * Assist the team with administrative tasks; * Support other departmental routines, such as file organization, among others; * Perform other related duties. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Age between 18 and 24 (no age limit for persons with disabilities); - Availability for theoretical classes: Tuesday afternoons (1:30 PM – 5:30 PM) and practical training: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
