JOB CHALLENGE Monitor construction progress with emphasis on physical and financial results; perform measurements, activity verification, material control; ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide and require the use of personal and collective protective equipment by teams; and implement the Quality Management System (SGQ), prioritizing final product quality. This position collaborates closely with engineering teams to ensure projects are executed within established quality, schedule, and budget parameters. Responsibilities include administrative support, operational task monitoring, and continuous optimization of construction processes — playing a key role in the department. ? TO BUILD WITH US, YOU SHOULD HAVE... * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering \| Minimum 4th year; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for on-site work in Campinas\-SP. ? IT WOULD BE EVEN MORE AMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE... * Knowledge of Technical Standards and Quality Management Systems (SGQ); * Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints; * Familiarity with construction tools and equipment; * Knowledge of project management and productivity tools; ?
