We seek an analytical, proactive candidate with strong problem-solving skills who wants to grow alongside the company. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web applications (front\-end and back\-end) * Integrate with APIs (REST/Webhooks) * Map data flows between internal and external systems * Create and optimize functionalities according to operational needs * Ensure application performance, security, and scalability * Address bugs and implement continuous improvements * Support internal process automation **Requirements** * Experience in Full Stack development * Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations * Proficiency in at least one back\-end language (Node.js, Python, or PHP) * Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) * Front\-end experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * Code versioning (Git) * Strong programming logic and organization **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with automations and system integrations * Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar * Experience in high-demand environments * Basic understanding of information security **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Organization and accountability regarding deadlines * Analytical mindset focused on solutions Compensation: starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
