Contribute to quality, safety, and efficiency standards **OPERATIONS**: We are looking for an organized, proactive, and committed professional for the **Operations Assistant** position. This professional will be responsible for supporting operational activities in the logistics area, handling movement, organization, and control of materials and products, contributing to compliance with established quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Responsibilities** * Assembling octagonal boxes; * Applying stretch wrap to pallets * Replenishing the box buffer stock * Strapping vehicles for shipment * Assisting in grinding finished products * Conducting inspections of finished products * Completing checklists for operational routines (5S) **Responsibilities :** * Identifying and verifying materials and quantities * Supporting inventory control and organization * Maintaining a clean and organized workplace in accordance with 5S practices * Following safety regulations and operational procedures. **Requirements** * High school diploma completed * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desirable:** * Experience in logistics \- Load preparation and assembly * Proven experience in logistics operations; **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 1\.767,36 * 30% hazard pay * Benefits: On-site meal * VA 332,56 * VR fuel allowance R$100,00 * TotalPass: (Gym and physical health facility membership) * Life insurance; * Working Hours: * Off-day worker * Shift schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
