Much remains to be built. **Job Description:** At Areco, we seek an Infrastructure/DevOps professional with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving orientation—someone who supports existing environments while also advancing automation, monitoring, and reliability practices. This professional will ensure the stability and efficiency of internal infrastructure and customer environments, ranging from technical support to server and cloud environment administration, and will actively contribute to evolving the company’s DevOps practices. More than executing tasks, we expect someone who understands how operations impact the business—contributing to building more secure, scalable, and resilient environments. **Work Mode: On-site** **Desired Profile:** * Provide internal and external technical support, ensuring service stability and continuity; * Administer and monitor physical, virtual, and cloud-based servers; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications; * Manage access rights, permissions, and security policies (Active Directory, VPN, firewall); * Support backup management, data recovery, and business continuity; * Analyze and resolve incidents and problems in complex environments; * Contribute to process automation and continuous infrastructure improvement; * Participate in advancing DevOps practices, promoting integration between development and operations; * Monitor environment performance, availability, and security; * Collaborate across departments to ensure technical and operational alignment; * Demonstrate organization, prioritization skills, and autonomy in handling tasks; * Communicate clearly and translate technical issues for non-technical users; * Pursue continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices and emerging technologies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related disciplines; * Experience in technical support and infrastructure administration; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Experience with Active Directory, networking, VPN, and firewalls; * Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, or similar); * Experience with databases (SQL Server or similar); * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred); * Experience with containers (Docker) and familiarity with orchestration (Kubernetes); * Familiarity with source code versioning (Git); * Basic knowledge of automation and DevOps practices.
