For more information, visit www.griffithfoods.com . **Responsibilities:** **\*Supervise and Lead the Maintenance, Technical, and PCM Analyst Teams, Ensuring:** * Equipment availability and reliability, as well as maintenance service efficiency, minimizing equipment downtime to support productivity and asset longevity, while complying with machine, personnel, and product/process safety and quality requirements; * Execution of the maintenance plan (corrective and preventive) within scheduled deadlines, safely and to established quality standards; * Compliance with calibration processes; * Implementation of technical improvements to machines and processes. **\*Maintenance Area Processes, Operations, and Support to Various Departments:** * Guide, lead, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure execution of maintenance planning, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities; * Conduct daily maintenance meetings addressing critical issues related to factory operations, production, safety, quality, and other key departmental topics; * Distribute and prioritize work orders, considering urgency, available resources, and impact on production; * Monitor work order closure, parts inventory consumption, and technician labor hour reporting; * Supervise field activities to ensure adherence to procedures, technical standards, safety regulations, and the maintenance plan; * Develop, validate, and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, plan compliance); * Conduct root cause analysis of failures and recurrence patterns, using key indicators (KPIs) to develop action plans to mitigate or eliminate issues; * Oversee third-party service providers’ work (specific requests and planned tasks); * Manage machine, equipment, and facility compliance with NRs or applicable legislation; * Participate in weekly quality and occupational safety meetings, ensuring implementation of actions required to meet legal, customer, and audit requirements; * Attend corporate maintenance and maintenance area software meetings; * Actively participate in TIER 1, TIER 2, ESA, OEE, Plan Closure, and Continuous Improvement Committee meetings; * Provide support to all administrative departments; * Serve as technical reference for the team, supporting failure diagnosis, root cause analysis, and complex problem-solving; * Ensure technical quality of maintenance interventions; * Train and develop technicians, promoting high-performance maintenance practices; * Support maintenance technicians and PCM analysts in researching and specifying new components, equipment, and tools for procurement; * Participate in technical studies and improvements to machines, equipment, and facilities to optimize processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enable new projects; * Lead and implement machine improvement projects arising from failure analysis, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement; * Assist the engineering team during early project phases to identify potential improvement opportunities; * Ensure the entire measurement instrument calibration process, supporting PCM in calibration planning and control; * Develop suppliers together with PCM and the procurement team; * Serve as the focal point between PCM, operations, safety, and engineering; * Participate in daily production meetings and alignment sessions; **\*Costs, Spare Parts Procurement, and Services** * Control maintenance inventory levels and spare parts or service procurement; * Ensure maintenance costs remain within the budget established by the finance department; **\*Administrative Management** * Review and correct timekeeping records for PCM analysts and maintenance technicians; * Plan, schedule, and control overtime hours for the maintenance team; * Actively participate in Recruitment & Selection processes to ensure hiring of qualified talent meeting all position requirements; * Report plant status, operational constraints, risks, and investment needs to the Maintenance Manager; **\*People Management:** * Conduct the Performance Evaluation cycle per company protocol, ensuring adherence to organizational timelines; * Deliver timely, positive, and constructive feedback; * Ensure adherence to Valued Behaviors and the Code of Ethics & Business Conduct. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Maintenance Engineering is preferred; * Technical training in mechanics or electrical/electronics is preferred; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance supervision; * Experience in people management; * Leadership experience in food industry manufacturing is preferred; * Knowledge of GMP, Occupational Safety Standards, and Continuous Improvement Programs; * Green Belt certification is preferred; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Knowledge of Power BI is preferred; * Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP, Fiix or similar). **Languages:** * Intermediate English;
