Job Summary: Proposal Analyst responsible for analyzing invitations to bid, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting quotations, technical visits, and follow-up activities, ensuring the feasibility and accuracy of estimates. Key Highlights: 1. Feasibility analysis and preparation of commercial and technical proposals. 2. Conducting quotations, technical visits, and information gathering. 3. Negotiating with suppliers and preparing detailed cost calculation records. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze the Invitation Letter based on client contact, assessing the company's feasibility to participate—or not—in the quotation process. If feasible, proceed with the quotation process; if not, inform the client of the reason. * Register the proposal to be prepared by completing a specific software program, which generates a proposal number to track and control all proposals at any time. * Schedule technical visits whenever requested by the client or required by the company to clarify tender document items, aiming to identify necessary data (scaffolding, construction site, material handling, logistics, weather conditions, distance, local pricing, labor availability, etc.) as the basis for estimation. * Gather information by reviewing the invitation, emails, ET (Technical Specifications), visit minutes, visit reports (if any), draft contract, isometric drawings, to identify all obligations and quantities that must be reflected in the estimate. * Clarify questions with the client whenever doubts or missing information essential to proposal formulation arise, to align all points potentially impacting the estimate. * Conduct quotations for materials and/or services through meetings and negotiations with suppliers, aiming to identify the supplier offering the best cost-benefit ratio for budget composition. * Prepare cost calculation records including productivity rates, costs, responsibilities, information, resources, quotations, and strategies defined for each quotation, aiming to present the project’s estimated costs. * Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals: the Technical Proposal shall include information such as schedule, labor and equipment histograms, organizational chart, presentation of similar projects, and execution methodology—without being limited to these; the Commercial Proposal shall include unit price spreadsheets and their compositions, as well as the draft contract incorporating considerations from the Contracts Department—to fully outline mutual obligations between client and company, along with commercial terms, penalties, guarantees, domestic or international taxes, customs duties, and other applicable taxes and levies. * Submit the Technical and Commercial Proposal to the client after approval and release by the Executive Board and/or Estimating Manager, General Managers, and Branch Managers. * Perform proposal follow-up upon request from the Commercial Department via phone or email to obtain feedback regarding the bidding process. * Maintain and update proposal tracking in RIP software. * Download documentation from portals and links, and upload it to our internal network. * Prepare “risk analysis” for proposals when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Electrical/Civil/Electromechanical Engineering. * Experience preparing commercial, technical, and pre-qualification proposals for service execution, including necessary surveys, quotations, cost calculation records, follow-up, and proposal registration. * Knowledge of architecture and sizing of protection and control systems. * Preferred: MS Project and AutoCAD. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. * Willingness to travel. * Residency in Indaiatuba and surrounding areas. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * SESI Club (access to facilities and sports).
