(Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\) **Responsibilities:** * Assist in supplier, product, and service quotation processes, including maintenance, cleaning, and related services; * Manage material inventory control, verifying restocking needs and preventing excesses; * Update, create, and issue control spreadsheets and documents; * Verify invoices and purchase orders; * Place purchase orders according to coordination approval; * Track delivery status and material receipt; * Support planning and implementation of improvements and adjustments to company infrastructure and operational conditions; * Monitor expenses and budgets. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Experience in the healthcare sector, procurement, and handling hospital supplies and consumables is a plus.
