YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION: Conduct interviews and onboarding processes for team members; * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring the best customer experience with emphasis on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONS SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during the shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance metrics, control cash handling, procurement, and optimize labor usage according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train employees on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines. WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY SCHEDULE BE? * Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off | 7 hours and 20 minutes worked per day + 1-hour break.
