If this is you, we would love to talk. **About the Role** We are seeking a Production Planning Analyst responsible for Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control, actively contributing to the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program — a methodology focused on people engagement and maximizing equipment efficiency, emphasizing Zero Losses, Operational Excellence, and adherence to the Production Plan. This is a permanent position based in Jarinu, inland São Paulo. To learn more, visit www.essity.com This position reports to the Production and Materials Planning Supervisor. **What You Will Do** ------------------------ · Participate in and lead production analyses within the regional S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle, involving stakeholders across South America, considering capacity vs. demand, resource availability, and definition of operational strategies. · Be responsible for weekly S\&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) activities. · Plan and schedule production via the Master Production Schedule (MPS), considering assumptions and constraints for each production line. · Analyze raw material availability for sequencing. · Create and manage Production Orders in Protheus. · Conduct the Weekly Production Plan Adherence Report (Scheduling Adherence). · Analyze, review, and report on production cycles (DBNR). · Plan and control outsourcing/triangulation activities. · Perform daily follow-up with production areas and other involved teams. · Provide operational support to the Production team. · Identify and propose improvement opportunities aligned with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), focusing on people engagement, Zero Losses, equipment efficiency, and adherence to the production plan. **Who We Are Looking For** ----------------- · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. · Prior experience in PCP (Production Control and Planning), Planning, Logistics, or Industrial environments. · ERP system knowledge — Protheus; Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills. · Analytical, organized, and collaborative profile, with focus on operational efficiency, Zero Losses, and process excellence. · Spanish language knowledge is a plus; interest in learning and developing this language is desirable. **What We Can Offer** ------------------------------ This is an excellent opportunity for career development in Production Planning, with strong interface with Production, Demand, and Suppliers.
