HR Assistant

Description

Monitor all HR processes in stores; * Generate discrepancy reports, record working hours, register absences and medical certificates, and complete monthly payroll closing; * Handle, manage, and deliver benefits to employees; * Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, overtime, and staff scheduling; * Monitor all HR processes in stores; * Listen to and advise employees, while supporting the store manager and HR supervisor with store-related requests; * Assist in onboarding activities; * Assist in organizing events for commemorative dates; * Manage uniform and PPE inventory; A degree and prior experience in HR are required.
