**Responsibilities:**
Manage the accounts payable process. Enter invoices into the system, ensuring correct and timely provisions. Plan and control the company’s payment calendar. Ensure payments are made with appropriate financial provisions. Support the monthly financial closing process. Perform cross-coverage and act as backup for other team members. Work directly with analysts, assistants, and trainees in the area. Follow documented processes using ClickUp and SAP ERP tools.
Previous experience as Finance Specialist, Administrative and Financial Consultant, Finance Coordinator, or Administrative and Financial Manager may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
