Arcon Engenharia is an engineering and construction solutions company specializing in innovation and quality, offering services tailored to market needs. **Responsibilities:** Directly manage field engineers. Monitor execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously. Ensure compliance with physical\-financial schedule, budget, and quality standards. Validate and approve material requisitions and labor demands. Address schedule delays and operational issues on site. Conduct frequent site visits. Lead weekly technical team meetings. Interface with Procurement, HR, and Measurement departments. Report project results and progress to the Engineering Directorate. Previous experience as Construction Project Coordinator, Civil Engineering Coordinator, Public Works Coordinator, or Structural Works Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
