




The Coordinator is responsible for leading teams, planning and coordinating activities, ensuring the achievement of established goals and deadlines. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and results, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct interviews and support onboarding of new employees; * Develop training programs and monitor team adaptation; * Create, review, and update administrative and personnel procedures; * Participate in periodic meetings with management and support decision-making; * Manage administrative documentation, contracts, and renewals; * Monitor employee probation periods, providing feedback; * Support routine HR tasks in partnership with accounting (time tracking, payroll, vacations, benefits); * Manage client contracts, implement adjustments, and assist with legal changes; * Control monthly billing, financial reports, and budget execution; * Manage company asset registration and disposal; * Support different departments and substitute for absent or vacationing staff; * Participate in annual and cyclical inventories together with the procurement department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in leadership/coordination roles; * Experience in administrative and contract management (clients and suppliers); * Knowledge of financial control, billing, and budgeting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). **Rituals:** Breakfast provided every day Daily alignment meeting Periodic feedback sessions Company anniversary party Year-end celebration with families Year-end gift basket Monthly birthday celebrations with cake, etc Gifts on special occasions: Father's Day, Mother's Day, Pink October, Yellow September, Blue November, Easter, etc Early departure on Fridays at 4:00 PM Meal allowance: **R$ 25.00** per day \| Reimbursement WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 07:00 TO 17:00 \| FRIDAYS FROM 07:00 TO 16:00
