




Job Summary: This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of equipment through electrical, hydraulic, painting, telephony, and refrigeration maintenance, acting to reduce risks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. FROM WORDS TO ACTION Ensure proper functioning of unit equipment regarding electrical, hydraulic, painting, telephony, and refrigeration maintenance across the entire unit infrastructure; Work with the team to reduce unit risks, following established processes and alerting management about potential risk situations; Enforce the use of PPE by suppliers and service providers during work performed within the unit; Inform immediate supervisors of risks to customers' and employees' physical integrity, aiming for prompt correction; Place and monitor orders for maintenance supplies required by the unit. Requirements: Completed high school; Certification in at least one of the following technical courses: * Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician; * Electrical Engineering Technician; Electronics Technician; Electromechanical Technician; * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician; * Maintenance Mechanic Technician; Electrical or Electrotechnical Technician; Valid NR-10 certification with 40 hours of training; Minimum six months of experience in building maintenance; Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including holidays and weekends); Do you identify with this?
