Job Summary: Professional responsible for warehouse activities, material control, inventory management, invoice issuance, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Application of quality and safety standards **Description**: ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Physical receipt and inspection of materials; physical inventory of auxiliary materials. * Cyclical inventory of maintenance materials. * Locating and delivering maintenance parts to plant users via maintenance orders. * Issuance of packaging invoices to suppliers and transfers to Femsa units. * Issuance of invoices for industrialization. * Completion of the chemical products movement control report for the plant. * Registration of plant maintenance materials; control of materials held by third parties. * Maintenance of control records for materials sent for repair. * Organization and filing of documents related to the warehouse. * Execution of activities linked to the Food Quality and Safety Management System, following procedures described in internal routines. * Compliance with waste management rules applicable to the area. * Knowledge of Aspects and Impacts (APIR). * Compliance with occupational medicine and safety regulations, as described in internal routines. * Execution of other duties related to the position. * Implementation and analysis of system controls and loss controls, MOM Manual, and Integrated Management System across Manufacturing production lines. * Arrangement of celebrations and Happy Hours for departments (via Concur/SAP/Ariba). * Arrangement of transportation, air tickets, accommodations, and car rentals for departmental events (via Concur/SAP/Ariba). **Other Requirements**: * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Desired Experience: Prior experience in the main activities required for this position is desirable.
