Job Summary: Professional to guide and supervise activities in the plastic injection department, ensuring production targets, quality, deadlines, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership experience preferred Guide and monitor activities in the plastic injection department, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, established deadlines, and sound safety practices. Supervise and allocate tasks among plastic injection machine operators. Ensure adherence to the production plan, optimizing resources and reducing waste. Monitor process parameters to ensure the quality of produced parts. Conduct inspections in the department to ensure organization, cleanliness, and appropriate working conditions. Train and instruct the team on operational and safety procedures. Job Requirements Technical education in Plastics Experience in plastic injection processes. Knowledge of plastic injection machine adjustment and technical data sheet interpretation. Leadership experience preferred. Support resolution of technical issues related to the injection process. Prepare production reports and communicate information to management. Responsibilities Ensure productive efficiency in the injection department. Maintain integrity of machines, tools, and equipment.
