Perform tasks and operate medium-complexity equipment in cheese production, working across diverse industrial operations—including milk reception, processing for various types of cheese production, applying necessary treatments, and executing reception, operation, packaging, mixing, labeling, and storage—followed by final conditioning and shipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform tasks and operate medium-complexity equipment in the company’s industrial area for producing various types of cheese, activating and controlling equipment commands, monitoring operational processes, overseeing the process, verifying whether adjustments are needed, reporting any abnormalities to the immediate supervisor—all aimed at guaranteeing service quality, productivity, and established standards. Operate equipment and work on medium-complexity processes for production, concentration, sterilization, pasteurization, filling, conditioning, storage, and shipment of finished products. Operate pasteurization, sterilization, and concentration equipment by activating controls for product supply, mixing, and heating stages, initiating test-operation mode, performing required adjustments, and releasing equipment for productive processes. Carry out pasteurization and sterilization processes by heating to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms and preserve product consistency. Collect product samples during processing and send them to the laboratory for analysis; monitor production progress based on laboratory result feedback and release products to continue the production flow. Perform coding, labeling, packaging, and storage processes, inspecting packaging for damage, leakage, etc., maintaining required quality and shipping standards. Maintain constant attention to asepsis throughout the entire industrial process and report any abnormalities to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action. Guide Production Assistants in waste removal, sample collection, and supporting aseptic cleaning of the area, equipment, and accessories; also instruct them on simple equipment mechanism adjustments. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and proper maintenance of tools and equipment, keeping them organized and clean for reuse when necessary, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures. Provide information to immediate leadership and the maintenance team regarding mechanical equipment failures and their impact on the product. Report possible process abnormalities to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action. Work on medium-complexity processes such as: Milk Selection and Reception, Pre-pressing (drain press), Molding and Pressing (press), Brine Microfiltration. Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, environmental preservation standards, health, hygiene, and occupational safety norms and procedures adopted by the organization, as well as use of PPE/PCE (Personal Protective Equipment / Collective Protective Equipment) whenever required by the activity. Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
