Job Summary: Engineering student to perform warehouse control activities, purchase order issuance, service order management, and maintenance monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Materials and purchase order control and management 2. Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Interaction with various departments for operational support **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program, from the 1st year onward. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1) Prepare and manage consumption spreadsheets for gases, water, and electricity; 2) Issue purchase orders; 3) Store materials relevant to the warehouse; 4) Manage service orders; 5) Control material inflow and outflow at the maintenance warehouse; 6) Place gas orders when necessary (bulk, LPG – SND, and lactarium); 7) Conduct warehouse inventory; 8) Monitor and interact with other departments and responsible personnel to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, and other activities pertinent to the department.
