**Responsibilities** * **Provide in-person, phone, and WhatsApp customer service** promptly and courteously. * Convert leads and quotations **into equipment rental sales.** * **Prospect active and potential customers daily**, presenting the company's products and solutions. * Assist in **organizing** and ensuring the smooth operation of the store's commercial environment. * Deliver **excellent service**, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements * **Proven experience in commerce**, customer service, or internal sales. * Experience in high-volume **customer service environments** handling multiple simultaneous contacts and requests. * Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**, with strong negotiation ability. * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are desirable). * Proactive, organized, dynamic profile with a results-oriented mindset.
