Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for tracking import orders and samples, requesting shipping reservations, issuing documents, and ensuring follow-up and customer service. To succeed within the Bun Group, you must: Lead \& Inspire (if you are a leader); Be innovative; Demonstrate an ownership mindset; Focus on the customer; Collaborate effectively in teams; Learn and multiply knowledge. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Track import orders and samples from loading scheduling through to customer delivery; * Request maritime, air, and road freight reservations; * Issue import documentation (Commercial Invoice and Packing List) and verify other documents: Bill of Lading/Air Waybill/Cargo Receipt, Certificate of Origin (CO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS); * Follow\-up with process intermediaries—including factory, domestic carrier, customs broker, freight forwarder or shipping line, general cargo terminals, bonded terminals, and courier service providers—to ensure each step is completed within the deadline; * Provide customer service to international clients via e\-mail and telephone; * Review and control import-related expenses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected qualifications:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Trade; * Intermediate Spanish; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of foreign trade legislation; * Experience in daily operations within the International Trade area; Availability to work in Indaiatuba. * **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Intermediate English (for reading, writing, and telephone communication); * Familiarity with Power BI; * Experience with ERP \- Proteus; * Industrial sector experience. **Additional Information** **We offer:** * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Cafeteria; * Transportation Allowance; * Attendance Bonus (Caju Card, unrestricted balance); * Annual Bonus; * Life Insurance; * Parking; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Total Pass (gym membership benefit); * SESI Club Benefit; * Partnerships with language schools and educational institutions; * Discounts on Kelco Pet Care products; * Frozen Food Kit; * Christmas gifts for employees’ children.
