Commercial Manager

Description

**Main responsibilities:** * Lead and integrate sales and marketing departments; * Develop and execute commercial strategies for retail growth; * Manage teams, define goals, and monitor performance indicators; * Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and major retail chains; * Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches; * Develop brand positioning strategies with partners and suppliers; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * MBA or postgraduate degree in related fields preferred * Experience in leadership roles within Commercial and/or Marketing departments * Experience in the manufacturing industry with a focus on retail (strong advantage) * Willingness to travel **Desired knowledge:** * CRM, BI, ERP, and Google Analytics * Marketing automation * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level)
