**Responsibilities:** * Assist in the decal application process on plastic parts; * Prepare surfaces to receive adhesives or transfers; * Follow quality standards and work instructions; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Support other process steps when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Good motor coordination and attention to detail; * Commitment, responsibility, and proactivity; * Prior experience in this field is not required.
