Job Summary: A cleaning professional responsible for sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and departments, as well as managing linens and responding to guest requests. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and organizing various hotel areas 2. Managing linens and controlling laundry service quality 3. Directly addressing guest requests **Permanent position.** Perform cleaning and linen replacement in both vacant and occupied rooms according to the chain's standards. Ensure maintenance and control of hotel linens, arranging replacements when necessary and monitoring quantities and laundry service quality. Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping department tasks as needed. Collect guest laundry for delivery to the laundry facility upon request. Respond to guest requests such as delivering pillows, blankets, amenities, etc. Clean public areas and other departments. Follow the hotel's established lost-and-found procedures. Requirements: **Reside in Valinhos or Campinas.** Previous professional experience in hygiene and cleaning. Availability to work a **6-day-on/1-day-off schedule from 08:00 to 16:20\.** Communicative, dynamic, and eager to learn.
