Guest request handling **Permanent position.** Perform cleaning and linen replacement in vacant and occupied apartments according to the hotel chain's standards. Ensure hotel linen maintenance and control, arranging replacements when necessary and monitoring quantities and laundry service quality. Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping department tasks as needed. Collect guest laundry for delivery to the laundry service upon request. Respond to guest requests such as pillow, blanket, and amenity deliveries, among others. Clean common areas and other departments. Follow the hotel's established lost-and-found procedures. Requirements: **Must reside in Valinhos or Campinas.** Previous professional experience in hygiene and cleaning. Availability to work a **6-day-on/1-day-off schedule from 08:00 to 16:20\.** Communicative, dynamic, and eager to learn.
