




Job Summary: Provide Level 1 technical support and perform basic maintenance on leased equipment to ensure user satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Support for basic software and hardware configuration **General Objective:** Provide initial (Level 1) technical support for service requests, ensuring user satisfaction and performing basic maintenance on the leased equipment fleet (laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Level 1 Support:** Receive, register, and categorize service requests via ticketing system, phone, or email. * **Remote and In-Person Support:** Assist users with basic software-related questions (Office 365, Windows, web browsers) and hardware configuration. * **Equipment Setup:** Install operating systems, drivers, and standard software prior to dispatching leased equipment. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform technical cleaning, cable management, and physical asset verification (entry and exit checklists).
