To find out more visit **www.lenovo.com**, and read about the latest news via our **StoryHub**. ### **Description and Requirements** The Senior Project Analyst will support the Project Coordinator in monitoring and controlling the execution of complex software projects; the candidate will have partial autonomy in decision-making, manage agile development processes, and contribute to continuous project improvement, acting as a bridge between business needs and the project team. **Profile and Responsibilities:** Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Support the team in capturing business rules and project requirements, analyzing them with the development team; Support process mapping and improvement for software development; Project Planning and Monitoring: Participate in sprint planning and activity tracking, ensuring goals and deadlines are met according to sponsors’ expectations and aligned with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies). Communication and Documentation: Act as a "translator" between the customer/user and the technical team, maintaining clear and effective communication, and producing technical documentation such as manuals and meeting minutes.
