We offer autonomy with support, encourage continuous technical development, and value professionals eager to grow and evolve alongside us—contributing to the reliability and advancement of our support services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle internal technical project requests; * Monitor field activities and provide support to technicians. * Monitor and execute scheduled maintenance tasks and deployment pipelines; * Initiate and perform activities according to defined support workflows; * Manage, track, and escalate tickets to internal and external customers; * Analyze monitoring events (Zabbix); * Communicate with technical teams (escalation list) and third parties to resolve incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Networking, IT Management, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Prior experience in projects and implementation of routers, firewalls, UTMs, and switches. * Ability to manage a high volume of requests and meet deadlines. * Desired knowledge of Networking: TCP/IP, IP, Routing and Switching fundamentals, CISCO, MERAKI, Fortinet NSE4, and Mikrotik. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications: CCNA (Cisco), MTCNA, and NSE4 (Fortinet). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy * Birthday Bonus * TotalPass * Life Insurance * Unimed Health Insurance after probation period (no monthly fee) * Uniodonto Dental Insurance after probation period * Pet Health Plan * Partnerships with educational institutions and language schools * Career Development Plan **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Work Model:** 100% On-site. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) At **Maminfo Telecom Solutions**, we believe technology and people advance together.
