Provide on-site or field IT technical support. Carry out hardware maintenance on client equipment. Assist in resolving IT infrastructure-related service tickets. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Support Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
