Administrative HR routine support We are seeking a **Human Resources Intern** to support personnel and HR department routines, contributing to process organization and execution of administrative activities within the area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in employee onboarding processes, including generating admission documents and collecting signatures; * Support benefits management (registrations, verifications, and controls); * Assist in tracking and verifying work schedules (internal and external); * Organize dismissal document dossiers for homologation procedures; * Support resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication; * Provide administrative HR routine support and perform other related HR tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
