We are seeking an Operational Training Instructor – Sewing with solid experience in the textile industry, capable of leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across the entire production line. This professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring productive activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and company-defined goals. **Responsibilities and duties** The Operational Sewing Instructor is responsible for developing, training, and mentoring entry-level staff and sewing machine operators—ensuring technical proficiency, correct execution of operational standards, and continuous skill development within the team.
