Job Summary: The Line Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service, supervising the dining room team, and optimizing restaurant operations at Bourbon Resort Atibaia. Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Line Supervisor to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia \- SP. Join the team that values excellence in service, offering menus from the world's most renowned cuisines. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the dining room is ready for service, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving dishes and beverages, and overseeing the activities of busboys and waitstaff. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Escort guests to their tables courteously, remaining attentive to any needs while adhering to established service standards. * Supervise the completion of departmental control spreadsheets, maintaining records of related activities. * Delegate tasks according to daily demand, considering staff schedules, and oversee restaurant setup to ensure established cleanliness and organization standards, intervening as necessary. * Provide guest service by presenting menus, explaining dish and beverage features, suggesting options, guiding guests in their selections, and accurately entering orders per guest requests. * Diagnose and forecast procurement needs for supplies, equipment, and operational materials, submitting corresponding purchase requisitions and orders to the purchasing and warehouse departments. * Suggest implementations and improvements to enhance departmental performance, validating them with the supervisor. * Supervise and conduct shift closing procedures, including cash closing if required, following established protocols. * Supervise and prepare the department for the next shift. * Ensure staff adherence to uniform standards, personal hygiene, and professional appearance; conduct training and supervise service delivery to guarantee service quality and guest satisfaction; and jointly manage direct reports with the supervisor. * Follow hotel service standards and stay updated on menu items and procedures; adopt food hygiene and safety practices. * Perform cleaning and storage of equipment, utensils, and foodstuffs per established standards; arrange and carry out polishing of used equipment. * Delegate responsibilities and monitor team performance, providing ongoing feedback and guidance. * Continuously seek opportunities to increase productivity within the area, reduce costs, and maximize utilization of resources under responsibility. * Identify and propose actions that enhance the brand’s internal/external perception; * Pursue initiatives that optimize and improve processes and activities within the area, aiming to reduce operational risks, scale operations, and enhance the experience of internal customers. * Maintain workplace conditions, materials, proper equipment usage, and confidentiality of information; * Perform other duties of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Customer service techniques. * Customer focus. * Strong communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in hospitality. * Experience in corporate events. **BENEFITS:** * Medical and dental assistance. * Life insurance. * On-site meals. * Uniform. * Transportation allowance and/or shuttle service. * Wellhub (GymPass). * Pharmacy card. * Attendance bonus. **EXCLUSIVE BOURBON CARE FOR YOU:** * 50% discount on accommodation at Bourbon hotels and resorts (excluding franchises); * Employee support program offering legal, financial, nutritional, social, and psychological assistance; * Birthday day off; * Themed parties; * Bourbon Academy featuring over 150 courses for technical and behavioral development; * 30% discount at Bourbon restaurants: excluding franchises; * Christmas basket. **Minimum Education Requirement:** Technical Course
